This instructional course will concern the use of evidence based medicine in the courtroom and how a hand surgeon's use of evidence based medicine parallels the exercise in the courtroom when medical issues are raised. We plan to use a mock direct and cross-examination format regarding a sample fact pattern to be distributed to the audience.
