The style will be a practical, useful approach to the topic for those with emphasis on attempting to improve practice. Participants will be able to compare their practices to what the evidence is telling us. The best evidence on preoperative assessment, anesthesia, surgical plan, outcomes and complications will be presented. - Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to incorporate tourniquet free, sedation free carpal tunnel release into their practice if they choose to.
