Despite three decades of intensive clinical and basic research that has begun to illuminate the black box of the distal radioulnar joint, a consistently successful treatment algorithm for acute and chronic instabilty has eluded us. The expert panel will provide tips practical tips and pearls for diagnosis and management when instability strinkes this small but vexing articulation.
Learning Objectives:
- Describe the bony and soft tissue stabilizers of the DRUJ
- Understand the role of arthroscopy in treatment of TFCC disruption
- Develop an algorithm for bony and soft tissue reconstruction for chronic instability
- List solutions for the chronic failed DRUJ.
